Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily operations within the assigned department or project.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans in line with TotalEnergies’ business objectives.

  • Monitor performance metrics, budgets, and compliance with safety and environmental standards.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal policies.

  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and efficiency.

  • Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Energy Management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the oil, gas, or energy sector.

  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and sustainability practices.

  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risk.
