Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily operations within the assigned department or project.

Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.

Identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and efficiency.

Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Energy Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the oil, gas, or energy sector.

Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and sustainability practices.

Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risk.
